About the Role
As a Used Vehicle Buyer & Valuer, your day will involve:
- Inspecting and valuing trade-ins and vehicle purchases
- Engaging with customers and private sellers
- Collaborating with the sales and service departments
- Using tech tools and apps for fast, accurate valuations
- Managing stock acquisition to match demand
- Meeting (and smashing!) monthly KPIs
What You'll Need
- Previous automotive or general sales experience is ideal
- Mechanics looking to transition off the tools, or vehicle assessors with a background in panel beating seeking a change of pace, are encouraged to apply
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- Strong attention to detail (inspections, paperwork, vehicle history)
- Comfortable using mobile tech and valuation apps
- Team player who’s also self-driven
- Customer-first mindset with a hunger to succeed

- Orangise daily workloads and oversee workflow across multiple vehicle detailing bays
- Provide on-the-job training and support for junior team members, ensuring safety standards are met.
β Qaulity & Process Control
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure vehicles meet our high presentation standards before handover
- Manage detailing supplies and inventory to avoid downtime and maintain efficiency
- Implement best practices for safe, clean, and organised workspaces.
β Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Service and Sales teams to prioritise vehicle preparation and delivery schedules
- Be the go-to liaison between the wash bay and management to flag any issues or improvements
- Lead by example in customer-facing moments — a polished vehicle deserves a professional handover.
