The Role
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the Indiana Jones of new business opportunities. Your mission (should you choose to accept it) will include:
- Uncoverving hidden treasures (new business oppportunities)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, presentable, and passionate customer service professional to own the Service Driveway alongside our dynamic team of highly skilled Service Advisors.
This job is for a person with a keen eye for detail, who thrives on process-driven actions and enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced environment, all with a smile!
Delivering exceptional customer service, you will be the central point of contact for customers. Alongside your team, you will welcome customers back to Dubbo City Toyota, checking in their vehicles for scheduled logbook services, diagnostics, and repair. Maintaining transparent and honest communication with customers, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance identified by our Toyota-trained Technicians and quotes are presented in an easy-to-understand and timely manner using tools such as the CitNow platform. Working with the Service Team to ensure a smooth workflow for the timely completion of maintenance and provide a friendly and efficient check-out process.
Your skills, attributes, and experience:
- Superior customer service skills
- Well-developed communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Proficient and friendly telephone manner.
- Able to prioritise your work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional personal presentation with a desire to learn
- Current drivers’ licence
- Experience and/or interest in the automotive industry (desirable)
