Why are there delays with the RAV4 Hybrid?
This award-winning vehicle has been more popular than Toyota could have ever expected! There has been a worldwide shortage due to demand out of Japan. We will have limited stock coming in, so please contact us today for more information.
Why didn’t I receive my invitation to the Dubbo City Toyota Gold Cup?
All of our in-warranty owners were invited via a postcard and an email. If you didn’t receive it, it’s possible that your spam mail didn’t allow the email through, or you have to update your details with us. If you’re not sure, please contact email@example.com and we will be able to help you out.
What can we expect next from Toyota with new vehicles?
There are a few models that will be updated next year. As most of the town knows, there are whispers regarding LC300, but we have no concrete information at this stage. We promise you will be the first to know when we have information to announce!
Will I get car mats included with my new vehicle?
Unfortunately, car mats do not come as standard in the vehicle. Mats are classed an accessory and are an available add on. Our Sales Consultants will be able to advise you of the options available to your specific vehicle.
Where do I go to service my car?
Our service and parts departments are still in the same place at 2-12 Bourke Street. Sales has moved directly across the road at 13 Bourke Street.
Where do I park at 13 Bourke Street?
We have designated guest parking that is outlined with yellow bays. As you enter the dealership from 13 Bourke Street you will see the yellow guest parking bays to your right in line with the dealership entrance.
How do I get to the service reception?
The entrance to the service reception is located in the same place as before. As you drive down River street, you will see the signage directing you into the service car park.
What is the phone number now that the dealership has changed?
The phone number for sales, service and parts is still the same, (02) 6882 1511. We have the same phone system operating across both dealerships.
Where can I wait whilst my car gets serviced?
We have a sheltered area with seating, gas heaters and a tea and coffee station located just outside our service reception. If you are waiting for your service or the weather has taken a turn for the worse please let one of staff know that you are waiting, and they will bring you around to 13 Bourke Street to relax in our guest lounge.
Whats is the benefit of getting a genuine bullbar?
Some of the key benefits for genuine bullbars:
- The bullbars are designed alongside the design of the vehicle to ensure they are matchded to perfection.
- All the bullbars go through a vigorous testing process.
- Each bullbar is made, tested and designed 5 years prior to sale.
- The bullbars have crashcans that have crumble points aligned with the crumble points of the car to ensure that the airbags go off when intended, to ensure the safety of all occupants of the vehicle.
What is the Early Bird drop off?
The Early Bird drop off is a service we have in place for you to drop off your vehicle prior to opening hours for your convenience. The Early Bird drop off box is loacted outside the service department and is marked with clear signage. Inside the box are pens and envelopes to fill in your details with your keys inside, which you then place into the Early Bird box.
Do I need to charge my Hybrid vehicle?
No plug-in is required with any of our Hybrid models, the car automatically charges as you drive.
Are the used cars we have on offer technician tested?
All our vehicles, new and used, go through stringent testing by our qualified mechanics.
What is my trade in price?
Here at Dubbo City Toyota we try to be as transparent as possible and offer a free, online valuation service tool for all our guests for an instant, early indication for your trade in price.
Do you offer full detailing services?
As a part of your service, we only offer was 2 was options. An exterior wash for $15 or a Wash ‘N’ Vac for $25 available with any paid service.
Do you offer free loan cars?
We offer loan vehicles at a charge of $44 per day, which must be arranged prior to your service and is based on availability. We do also offer a complimentary drop off and pick up service around the Dubbo area.
Do you have a set interest rate?
No, but with Toyota’s new Personalised Interest Rate, you are given an interest rate that’s true to you. The Toyota Personaslied Interest Rate means you're always getting a transparent rate for your car loan. With six, simple questions it's never been easier. Are you open on Saturdays?
Yes! Our Sales team are here from 8.30am – 4.00pm, and Service and Parts are open from 9am – 12pm. Due to time restraints, minor services and repairs are only available on Saturdays.
Do you only sell/trade Toyotas?
No! We have a wide range of quality Used Vehicles in stock from a variety of brands, that are specially worked on by 3 of our dedicated technicians to ensure each vehicle is of the highest quality.

What happens after my capped price servicing ends?
Our Service Department will be able to offer you a competitive quote for your next service.
How does this affect my warranty?
If you have our Mechanical Protection Plan you will need to continue servicing through Dubbo City Toyota to ensure you do not invalidate your policy. Your Toyota Warranty covers you for 3 years or 100,000km for vehicles registered before 01/01/19 and 5 years unlimited kms for vehicles registered after this.
What vehicles are covered under your new 5 year unlimited km warranty policy?
Any new or demonstrator vehicle that is registered after the 01/01/2019.
